With a technical background as a former IT consultant, Barber Boone has over 15 years of experience in handling matters with complex e-discovery issues. He has served as lead counsel or co-counsel on various large matters where complicated document issues persist throughout the litigation, such as trade secret, false advertising, and environmental litigation. He is also experienced in advising clients responding to cybersecurity issues, especially relating to ransomware attacks. In addition to the commercial litigation and cybersecurity issues, he also defends insurance companies and third party administrators in bad faith litigation.
